Careers Adviser of the Year Nomination Form

1. The Award recipients will be announced by the winner's school (at the discretion of the School Principal) and at the CAA Annual Conference;
2. To be eligible to nominate, you must be a CAA professional member, a Careers Adviser in a NSW or ACT high school and have at least 5 years of experience in a Careers Advising role in a high school;
3. Career Advisers may complete the nomination form themselves;
4. The Career Adviser should be willing to share what makes them stand out via a workshop presentation at the CAA Annual Conference;
5. CAA may change the category of the award nominee if it deems appropriate;
6. The decision of CAA is final and CAA may impose other conditions if it deems necessary. No correspondence will be entered into regarding decisions;
7. Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organisation they belong to.
