Application For Exhibition Space at Careers Advisers Annual Conference
CAA's Annual Conference in 2025 will be held at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park on Friday 31 October 2025. The exhibition will run periodically between sessions from 8am to 1.30pm. Our Annual Conference is attended by approximately 350 Careers Advisers from NSW & ACT Government, Catholic and Independent High Schools.
Venue: Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park
Date: Friday 31 October 2025, 8.00am to 1.30pm. Please note that the exhibition runs in between sessions throughout this time and finishes at the end of lunch.
Testle Table Exhibition Cost: The cost for a trestle table exhibition space is $2,500. This includes:
- One trestle size table a minimum of 1.8m and two chairs;
- 2 persons at exhibition including morning tea and lunch. An additional person costs $165. A maximum of 3 persons per exhibition applies. If you require an additional person at your exhibition, please book for them when you register, as booking for an additional person at a later time may not be accommodated;
- Your contact details in the Conference Program;
- Contact details of consenting delegates;
If you require power, there is an additional cost of $176 incl. GST.
Cocktail Table Exhibition Cost: The cost for a cocktail table exhibition space is $1,700. This includes:
- One cocktail table approximately 600mm diameter minimum and approx. 1.0m tall and one bar stool;
- 1 person at exhibition, including morning tea and lunch. An additional person costs $165. A maximum of 2 persons per cocktail exhibition applies. If you require an additional person at your exhibition, please book for them when you register, as booking for an additional person at a later time may not be accommodated;

- Contact details of consenting delegates;
If you require power, there is an additional cost of $176.
Exhibition Space Allocation: CAA, in its absolute discretion, determines the location of all exhibitors within the exhibition area. You will be notified of the location of your space prior to Conference. Exhibitors must ensure that any pull up banners and other collateral that are placed behind your exhibition table do not exceed the width of your exhibition table and are clear from, and not obstructing access to, any doors leading to or from the balcony at all times.
Time Allocated to Exhibition: A program for the day will be distributed prior to Conference which will specify the times allocated for the exhibition parts of our Conference. We endeavour to adhere to the program, but please be aware that some sessions may run over time impacting on the program throughout the day.
Payment: Payment for exhibition space must be received by 20 June 2025.
