Transport for NSW STEMC

The 3rd NSW Transport STEMC Career Event is happening on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Rosehill, NSW, for Year 9-12 students.

This program is part of an ongoing strategy to raise awareness about the variety of careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, and Construction (STEMC) within the transport sector. The STEMC Career Event is hosted by over 50 STEMC professionals from across Transport NSW. The event will showcase real-life examples of the many careers and professions available in this field. The event will feature hands-on displays and activities, allowing students to immerse themselves in the practical applications of STEMC careers in transport. Exhibits will include cybersecurity, IT, Intelligent Road Management Systems (SCATS), drones, VR simulations, and more. Students will have the opportunity to interact with exhibits, try out simulations, ask questions, and hear firsthand about career journeys and pathways in various STEMC fields.
